Our Focus for 2009

1.  Promotion to the Illawarra Football Association Premier League

Our aim is to field competitive teams that will:

• Win the First Division Club Championship
• Win Promotion to the Premier League

2. Developing and Retaining our Juniors

We as a Club pride ourselves on the fact that 90% of the players that play for us come from our two junior clubs ie Unanderra and Figtree Junior Soccer Clubs. Our aim is to develop these boys so that they may go on to play First Grade in the future.

3. Maintaining our close relationship with our two Junior Bodies

As we have stated our junior bodies are our lifeline and maintaining that effective and mutually beneficial relationship is paramount to our very future.

We will be doing the following:

• Issue a pass to everyone (1,200) of our juniors for free admission for them and their parents/guardians for all home league games.
• Support Junior Fund raising functions
• Be more involved in junior programs to help create a pathway for our junior players to play for Wests Illawarra FC
